Design
Ideas
Our dedicated design team will put your ideas on paper and create the initial design with floor plans and elevations. Our design team is experienced in strata plan development and understand how to design a plan to maximise the potential of your block. Or, if you prefer to bring your own plans with you, that’s great! We can then move straight to the next step.

Cost Estimate
Quoting
Once we confirm your chosen design, we will prepare your cost estimate. We have no hidden costs or surprises, the number here is the number you pay.

Planning/Building Approvals
Approvals Process
Ultimo Constructions looks after all your necessary planning and building approvals on your behalf. This is all carried out prior to working drawings, contracts and building permits being obtained.

Contracts
Contract Obligations
On approval of your cost estimate, we prepare all the necessary contracts for you to sign. We use a plain English contract provided by the Housing Industry Association (HIA).

Selection Process
Selections
Our qualified Consultant will walk you through the product selection process in our state of the art showroom. We are happy to provide advice in the selection of the right colours, fixtures and fittings for your development.

The Building Process
Construction
At Ultimo Constructions, we pride ourselves on consistent communication throughout your construction process. Constant update via email and phone, along with regular scheduled site visits are carried out so you can see your development come to life.

Completion
Inspections
Following the construction process, which is carried out according to the timelines, we carry out a detailed inspection at handover to ensure you are familiar with all the items included in your development. You will receive all your maintenance and warranty documents at the key handover process.

Maintenance Period
We Are Here
Completion doesn’t mean our journey parts ways, we are here for any items that require attention for 90 days after key handover.
