Built by Ultimo Constructions, this Georgian-French style home has a timeless mod-Hamptons interior including Boral Cultured Stone to the fireplace. The kitchen is a stand out room in the home with Polytec thermolaminated cabinetry and 40mm stone tops. The home also features a barn door to the theatre, pendant lights throughout the home and full height tiling to the bathrooms. The style of this home blends in seamlessly with the leafy green suburban surrounds.

This extensive renovation by Ultimo Constructions, involved a brief to renovate this 4 bed, 2 bath, study, theatre and activity room home to include a third single garage, extended ensuite and design a modern elevation and modern interior to increase the value of the home within the parameters of the 779sqm block.

Built by Ultimo Constructions, this high end luxury home features a sleek and contemporary style. The home has upstairs living designed for teenagers with a retreat, kitchenette, bedrooms and bathrooms – and an adults zone downstairs – an entertainers dream!

Spearwood

This custom built home was architecturally designed by Richard Selman, Design2Solution and built by Ultimo Constructions.

The exquisite custom home was designed for our clients, with a view to retiring and relaxing in their dream home, while surrounded by family also enjoying the home. Taking advantage of the views to the pool area, the home was reverse living designed with the kitchen, living areas and main bedroom to the upper floor and the minor bedrooms and facilities to the ground floor. To allow the home owners to manoeuvre around the home, an Italian made Domuslift home elevator was installed to allow easy access to all levels.

This double storey home features texture coating to the entire home, anticon sarking to the Colorbond roof, Toodyay Stone feature wall to the elevation and internal stair turret, louvre windows to allow for natural light, full height tiling, freestanding bath to the Ensuite, double vanities, built in robes, carpets to all bedrooms, ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, security and intercom system, and Essastone bench tops throughout, Tassie Oak lining to the eaves and alfresco. A truly exquisite dream home.

Design & Build Service

We don’t have a standard set of plans at Ultimo, we are engaged with you from the design stage right through to the completion of your new home to understand your vision and bring it to life. The Ultimo team will facilitate the design of your home, working closely with our designer to bring your vision to life and to meet your budget. You are not locked in to build with Ultimo during the design process, and the plans belong to you.

This means you will save time and money by having one team that manages the entire process for you, including all approvals. We also have an in-house Interior Designer at Ultimo, which is a complimentary service, and all products can be selected from our U Studio Design Centre Showroom.
